Mark Yura retired from the private practice of law after 45 years of counseling real estate and business clients in transactional and other commercial matters. His desire to continue serving the needs of private parties in starting or growing their business enterprises led to the establishment of WashburnAdvisors LLC in 2024.

Mark brings deep experience and perspective to the issues of concern to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
